Endelig et kompakt og godt presterende vidvinkelobjektiv som fungerer utmerket både på Leica RF samt speilløse fullformats kamera fra Sony. Byggekvaliteten er god og objektivet tegner skarpt og kontrastrikt helt ut i hjørnene. Super wide-Heliar III er en forbedret versjon til bruk på digitale kamera med kort registeravstand med mindre vignettering og ingen fargeskift samt forbedret hjørneskarphet kontra tidligere versjoner. 15mm er en god brennvidde for en supervidvinkel da 12mm Ultra Wide-Heliar som tidligere er omtalt fort blir veldig ekstrem. Nærgrensen for fokus ligger på 0.5m og minste blender på f/22. Sensoren på A7 og A7 II har dog et lite dilemma i forhold til skarpe lyskilder som gir en refleks i sensoren. A7R og A7S skal dog ikke ha disse utfordringene. Jeg la ut et videoeksempel nederst i bildevisningen.
Voigtländer har i skrivende stund kampanje på sine objektiver i Norge og objektivet kan plukkes opp billigere her hjemme kontra store internasjonale fotobutikker, løp å kjøp 🙂
Voigtländer ble grunnalgt av Johann Christoph Voigtländer, Wien 1756. Selskapet som er verdens eldste kameraprodusent produserte et Petzval objektiv med lysstyrke f/3.7 allerede i 1840. Voigtländer objektiver produseres idag av Japanske Cosina (OEM).

I have been fascinated by the photographs taken with the various manual focus lenses on your blog. Truly, it is impossible to find a bad one among them. Your skill as a photographer is, without question, advanced.
As I would have considerable trouble produceing comparable photographs, with even the best of lenses, I am courious: to what extent is the quality of your photographs a result of you skill with post processing? …. Or, the capabilities of the A7II?
I truly enjoy your reviews of the various lenses, but have difficulty determining that there is anything wrong with any of them. Surely the “out of camera” results are not as good you make them appear on your blog.
Believe me, it is not my intention to seem doubtful. I am truly stunned by the results you seem to get from virturally any lens.

To answer your question simple, this is a result of both PP, lens and camera.
All my pictures are post processed as explained in the this section https://www.manuellfokus.no/om-manuellfokus-no/ (in Norwegian). 🙂 There is a translate option, but the language transition is not very good IMO. My goal is to get the most out of every lens and I see the post processing as a part of it. The pictures on this blog represents a final result of an entire production. I still try to point out the good and the bad behaviors and characteristics of every lens presented in written text. I consider to mirror this page into an English site in the future because most of my “readers” come from abroad, outside Scandinavia.
